Ginger Soy Vinaigrette

Honestly, I haven’t tried this vinaigrette on a regular salad, this is more of a cooking dressing than a salad dressing…

What you need

2.5 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1.5 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp sea salt
freshly ground black pepper

Put this all together in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Toss this with some chopped, mixed veggies and put in a foil bag and roast on the grill, or baste it on chicken breasts you’re grilling. I may try this next as a sort of glaze/baste on a pork roast.
