Greek SaladThis is a recipe from my days of slinging gyros. It’s great drizzled over a salad of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, some onion, feta cheese and of course kalamata olives. We also did a sandwich where we tossed lettuce, tomato, cucumber and feta in the dressing and wrapped it in warm pita bread.

Basically, just take all the ingredients and put in a jar, bottle or other container with a tight lid and shake up to mix well before putting on your salad.

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup water

1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried mint
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
