Citrus-Spice Honey Spread

This spread is great on some warm, home-made breads. Or better yet, some french-toast maybe? (I’m a traditionalist, I’ll stick to syrup on my pancakes.)

Sweet Delight BBQ Sauce

This is another from my pool hall days at Amelia’s.
1-1/2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup salad mustard
2 TbspĀ  lemon juice
2 Tbsp granulated garlic
1 Tbsp black pepper
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring, optional
