This is another dressing from my days at Amelia’s, adjusted down for quantity of course. It is close to what most of us might call ‘French’ dressing, but technically it’s a Russian.
1/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup salad mustard
