3 cups granulates sugar
1 1/2 cups water
3 Tbsp molasses
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp butter flavoring
1 tsp maple extract
Bring all to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves (a good rolling boil). Turn off burner, but leave pot on until bubbling stops.
